Phase 7 Update - September 5th

Property Development:
 
Waterfront Drive - The Sales Office and the house next door on Waterfront Drive are "Available" for sale.     
 
Hammerhead Drive (past Beach Cove Drive) - There are 3 properties in the cul-de-sac still "Available". 
 
At this time, 91 of the 96 properties have been "Sold".  Top coat roadway paving is delayed as our Board and Common Grounds Committee work through the "Punch List" of items requiring remedy, starting with the sidewalk and curb repairs, with the developer Horsey.          
 
The Sales Model maybe Open daily 10:00AM to 6:00PM or by appointment.  Please call first if you plan to visit the Sales Office 302-803-0300
